SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship only within the United States.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are custom-made just for you. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production may take up to 7 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING TIME
After production, estimated delivery times within the United States are 5-12 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 7-17 business days.
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volumes during holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at support@sidthah.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Look in safe spots where carriers may leave packages
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
4. If still not found, contact us at support@sidthah.com within 7 days of the delivery date
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to find a resolution.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at support@sidthah.com immediately after placing your order. We can only update addresses before the order ships.
