RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS - ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our jewelry products, all sales are final. Each piece is made-to-order specifically for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by customer, or dissatisfaction with personalization choices.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, has manufacturing defects, or is significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To report a damaged or defective item:
1. Email us at support@sidthah.com
2. Include your order number
3. Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
4. Describe the issue
Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@sidthah.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@sidthah.com immediately with your order number.
